Mental Health & Belonging

Yale College Community Care (YC³)

Yale College Community Care (YC³) is a supportive mental health and wellness resource designed to support Yale College’s diverse undergraduate student community, expanding upon services offered via the department of Yale Mental Health and Counseling. For students who may be far from home, navigating an unfamiliar environment, or among the first in their families to attend college, YC³ offers a welcoming space to talk, reflect, and receive support without pressure or judgment.

Students can meet with Community Wellness Specialists or College Care Clinicians for casual drop-in conversations, one-on-one check-ins, or group-based support. No referral is needed, and you don’t need to be in crisis to reach out—YC³ is here for all kinds of needs, big or small. YC³ can also help students connect with longer-term therapy if desired.
